Mabel TALABI - Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Born in Lagos State, Nigeria, on March 2nd, 1962, Mabel Talabi is recognized as an effective and highly respected leader with a distinguished reputation in the multicultural faith community she serves. Known for her compassion and approachability, she has a deep affection for people of all ages and is passionate about empowering women to lead with confidence and purpose.

A prolific public and motivational speaker, Mabel has dedicated her life to inspiring positive change. Her greatest fulfillment comes from helping others grow and thrive, guided by her belief that everyone has the potential to become what they were destined to be. Her words and actions consistently reflect her desire to uplift and transform her community for the better.

Mabeh has over 20yrs of construction experience, including developing projects in phases, a current project in the third phase of a multimillion-dollar development. Over the years, Mabel has pioneered numerous initiatives focused on empowering women in leadership across diverse spheres of influence.

She is the visionary behind Women in Leadership, an organization devoted to equipping and strengthening female leaders as they discover purpose and pursue impact. The group also produces a quarterly devotional publication, The Daily Answer, distributed nationwide to encourage spiritual growth and leadership development.

Mabel’s professional and academic journey is equally remarkable. She holds the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and worked with Grand Lavori Engineering Ltd. in Nigeria before devoting nearly three decades to international ministry.

She also earned a Master’s in Urban Ministry from Trinity University, Dearborn, IL. Mabel and her husband of 34 years, Adegboyega Talabi, have four children and share a steadfast commitment to serving others—ensuring that no life they touch remains the same.

As Principal Architect at Axiom Design Architects and founder of Mark J. Ridolphi AIA, Architects, he has overseen diverse developments ranging from commercial and institutional buildings to large-scale design/build projects. Mark is known for his precision, leadership, and commitment to quality.

He has been recognized as Outstanding Professor of the Year by Chicago State University.
